So it's been 5 days.
First time I weighed myself was on the 17/10/09 & weighed 56.4kg - I don't have scales at home.. so only chance to weigh myself is at Donna's house (my other friends either don't have scales or accurate ones anyway)
Next time was last thursday, I weighed 55.5kg (a loss of 0.8- however that could have been food & water weight lost??)
Anyways so last night I was at Don's, swimming in her pool, & weighed myself- 54.7kg (loss of 1.7kg)
It's not alot but I suppose it's a start.
This last week I've been eating:
Breakfast:1/2 cup porridge
Recess: One piece of fruit (apple or orange)
Lunch: Small salad
Afternoon Tea: Another piece of fruit (watermelon, strawberries)
Dinner: Small salad
I'm paranoid about eating 4/5 times a day & getting all the required fruits/veg each day. I don't want to stuff my metabolism!
I'm also just eating when Im hungry.. so sometimes I eat smaller amount than usual or skip a snack.
Hope I can keep it up & lose more. (We'll soon see ;P)
P.s I got my Learner's license today & am stoked to get my mum off my back about it.
